For over 30 years the studio was managed by the artists Nadav Bloch and Nechama Levendel. They had promoted and participated in artistic projects in Israel and abroad with an emphasis on art gatherings and exhibitions in Ein Hod for both local and international artists.In November 2011 Nadav Bloch passed away. Levendel Bloch studio continues to encouraging artists gatherings from Israel and abroad providing them work and exhibit space including other collaborative projects.
At the location is Nechama Levendel workshop & a permanent exhibition .

Our studio is located in the historical Gertrud house in Ein Hod. It is a shared space for three artists who live and work in the village. Inbal Timor (Installation Art), Noa Orlicky (Painting and Animation) Tzuri Bar Yehuda (Computerized 3D environments)
Gertrude Krauss (1901-1977) lived here with her partner Elsa Sharaf. Krauss was one of the pioneers of modern dance in Israel. She was invited to live in Ein Hod by Marcel Janko in the 1950s. Most of Gertrude Krauss’ work was expressed in dance, but she also played the piano, painted and sculpted. Some sculptures can be seen in the studio yard. In 1968 Gertrude Krauss won the Israel Prize for her achievements in the field of danceof her seen in the studio yard. An old but renovated stone building houses a shared work space and a gallery where two generations of the Ofir family are displayed.
